All New Mexico League members and community supporters will be invited to the fundraising gala of 2012, Salute to New Mexico - First 100 Years and Beyond.

Awards to Individuals

The League will honor individuals who have contributed to their community or state in each of four categories:

Persons holding elective office or who have announced their candidacy for elective office are NOT eligible for these awards. The nominations are due by February 29, 2012. A committee consisting of members of all Leagues in the state will make the selection.

Silent Auction and Raffle

Part of the fundraising effort will be a Silent Auction. Already several fine art items have been donated. You, too, can contribute. The Salute committee is looking for high-level items in good condition. You can designate which of the state's local Leagues that you want the proceeds to go to: Central New Mexico, Greater Las Cruces, Santa Fe County, or Los Alamos.

Raffle

There will also be a raffle featuring several exquisite items, like a diamond and gold pendant neckace which will be the first prize. It could be a gift for you, your spouse or any loved one.

Tickets for the raffle will be available for purchase prior to the event. The drawing will take place at the dinner on April 21. (You need not be present to win.)
